Mr. Adel Abdulrahman Al-Doseri is graduated from Mercer University, Atlanta, Georgia, USA and has obtained his Bachelor Degree in Arts (Political Science & Marketing) in 1983. During this long career, he has held many important positions in different Government and Private financial bodies in Bahrain and abroad. Mr. Rashed Abdulla Al-Snan

CEO & DIRECTOR

Mr. Rashid Al-Snan has joined Etisalcom in August 2005 having worked in Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco) over 31 years. This experience in the telecom industry started as a technician trainee in July 1973 with Batelco and worked as a telecommunications Engineer in 1980 and an Executive Director in 1999 establishing an ISP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2000-June 2005: Senior Manager New Business Development, Batelco. 2003-2004: Senior Manager Regional Operations, Batelco, Bahrain 1999-2003: Executive Director, Batelco Jeraisy Limited, Saudi Arabia 1997-1999: Senior Manager New Business Development, Batelco, Bahrain 1996-1997: Senior Manager Network Design & Development, Batelco 1992-1996: Telephone Switching Development Engineer, Batelco, Bahrain. Mr. Al-Snan has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Bahrain University and a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Plymouth University, UK. Mr. Al-Snan was awarded in 2001 by HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Defence Minister, the e-achiever of the year award from Arabian Business.com for his work in the joint venture between Batelco (Bahrain) and Jeraisy Computers (Saudi Arabia).

Saeed Khalid

Head - Technical & Network Services

Mr. Saeed Khalid has been recently appointed as the Technical Manager having over 15 years experience in the IT industry. In his last job prior joining Etisalcom in 2007, Mr. Khalid was holding the post of a General Manager in Gerrys Information Technology, Pakistan offering ISP services, DSL broadband, e-Commerce solutions, Internet via satellite, and Fax over IP solutions. Mr. Khalid was gradguated in Commerce from Karachi University, Pakistan and obtained a CCNA certificate in 2003. He was hired by Etisalcom to establish ETS ISP network. After establishment of ISP network ETS introduced Data, Internet and VPN services for Bahrain Market. He also took major role in the establishment of SIP services in ETS. His brief achievements in Etisalcom are as follows: Took a leading design role in deployment of a Class 4/Class 5 carrier grade NGN for wholesale traffic exchange and SIP based fixed line services. Multi vendor components included Xener soft switch, Nuera Media GW, XIP (IP Centrex) PSTN trunks, POI Designed Core Network Architecture for Etisalcom. Designed and implemented of ISP services. Launched SIP Services on NGN. Implementation of ICT services in Bahrain World Trade Centre

Hayder A. Alrubaye

Head of Enterprise & Wholesale

Mr. Hayder A. Alrubaye is Manager of Etisalcom Enterprise and Carrier relations since November 2008, having an experience of more than 17 years in ICT services and solutions outside and inside the kingdom of Bahrain, he held the following positions in Bahrain: 2006 – 2008 : IT Special Project Business Development, Bin Hindi Informatics. 2008 – till date: Etisalcom Bahrain Company W.L.L., Manager – Enterprise and Carrier relations department. Involved in many field of Telecom solutions, Voice (VoIP telephony service and all the IP cloud voice solutions, IP PABX solutions, IP Voice Gateways… etc.), Data (LLC, Local MPLS, Microwave, WiFi, Internet Dedicated & Broadband), Mr. Hayder has a Bachelor Degree of Computer Science from Al Mansour University – Baghdad – Iraq, with many other certificates: ITIL Huawei IP Network, IT, Bearer Network Sales Specialist LRIC (Long Run Incremental Cost)

Koshy Varughese

Finance Manager

Mr. Koshy Varughese is the Finance Manager of Etisalcom since November 2011, having an experience of 17 years as Financial Controller in Bahrain, and 8 year as Chief Accountant in India. He has held following position in his career prior to joining Etisalcom: 2007-2011: Financial Controller, Universal Rolling, Manufacturers of reinforcement steel bars, an ISO certified Company, Bahrain. 1994-2007: Financial Controller, ‘Crown Industries’, Recyclers and manufacturers of Metals and Plastics, an ISO certified Company, Bahrain. 1986-1994: Chief Accountant, ‘The Travancore Sugars & Chemicals Ltd’, a State Government Company in the State of Kerala, India. He has graduated from ‘The Kerala University’ in Mathematics and has done the Articled Service of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a member of ‘The Institute of Management Accountants’, USA.

Nadia Kooheji

Retail Sales Manager

Nadia Kooheji is the Manager of Etisalcom Retail Department since April 2009, having an experience of 10 years. Since 2009 : Etisalcom Bahrain W.L.L., Manager – Retail Sales department. Involved in Voice (VoIP telephony service) and International Calling Cards, Data (WIFI & Broadband). Mrs. Nadia has a Bachelor Degree of Business Informatics (BSBI) from AMA International University – Bahrain with many other certificates: LRIC (Long Run Incremental Cost). Business Process Management.
