A customer’s breach of the Terms and Conditions of Usage shall result in the termination or suspension of their subscription and associated service. Etisalcom shall exercise its right to terminate or suspend service solely at its own discretion, without consulting the customer. Etisalcom shall incur no liability resulting from terminating or suspending service upon breach by a customer.
Etisalcom Refunds Policy
Etisalcom offers a refund of maximum of x % of the subscription value, if the offer has not been used. If the offer has been used, we will deduct an amount proportionate to the usage and refund the balance amount within xx days of receiving the request for unsubscribing.
The account will become inactive once the request for unsubscribing is received.
Refund will be credited to the credit card account used at the time of subscribing.
