RFID stands for Radio-Frequency Identification. It’s a technology that uses radio waves to automatically identify and track objects, Offering a more powerful and versatile alternative to traditional barcode systems:• RFID tags don’t need to be in line of sight of the reader to be scanned. This means they can be read even if they’re hidden or buried inside something.• RFID tags can store more data than barcodes. This means they can be used to track more information about an object, such as its location, temperature, or even its history.
Unlike a barcode, the tag does not need to be within the line of sight of the reader, so it may be embedded in the tracked object. RFID is one method of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC).

Each document is assigned with a RFID label which is unique and this label is used to track each document.
We provide both RFID Active and Passive Tracking services as per requirement. RFID Active and Passive Tracking enables tracking real time location of assets, tolling, access control system, file tracking, supply chain management, smart labels etc.
RFID passive tracking system consists of RFID tags with no internal power, and instead use electromagnetic signals from RFID reader.
This system is usually applicable in the case of access control and document tracking. RFID active tracking system include an internal battery source that transmits their own signal.

- Goods Receiving the items based on the Purchase Order / Goods Receiving Note
- Tagging Items Every individual inventory item will be RFID Tagged, Put away / Binning.
- Picking Based in the Sales Order / Pick List the items will be picked. Racks labels are scanned while the items are scanned thru RFID and updated to the middleware / back office in Real-Time.
- Dispatch / Shipping This is a process, like vehicle loading or delivered or sent out for delivery.
- Stock Take / Cycle Count This is to have a periodical inventory count to match against the Physical stock and the system stock and maintain high accuracy.
