  • Device Purchases: While we do not explicitly provide a return or refund policy for devices in the terms, issues with devices or failure to activate the service should be addressed by contacting Etisalcom customer support for assistance and potential returns for faulty devices.
  • Billing Disputes: Any billing discrepancies or disputes should be reported to Etisalcom within 7 days of receiving the charge statement for prompt resolution.
